Revert to previous access control policy

Endpoint:

	https://auth.datasetu.org/auth/v1/acl/revert

Description:

	This API is used to revert to "previous" access control policy.

Called by:

	A "data provider" with a valid class-3 or above certificate.

Methods:

	POST

Known limitations:

	This API can only revert to the previous policy.
	Older history of policies are "NOT" saved at the server.

HTTP response code:

	200
		If the policy has been successfully reverted.

	400
		If there are no saved "previous" policy


Using pyIUDX SDK:

	from pyIUDX.auth import auth

	iudx_auth = auth.Auth("certificate.pem","private-key.pem")

	iudx_auth.revert_policy()
